Some embarrassing problems in stories are hard to catch. At first glance, they don't appear to be mistakes, and even if they raise a flag, it's often difficult to look them up. But many of these errors — in such areas as consistency, math, logic and accuracy — are easier to identify if you look inward, focusing on the story itself for clues, and use your common sense. This interactive session will provide examples of these mistakes as well as ideas for catching them and tips on making the most of available resources.
