In this session, David Kordalski discusses the challenges and changes to work patterns required for success in a remote design/editing location, using The Plain Dealer as a case study. He’ll share the lessons that have helped keep its design standards at or near where they were before the change to a publication hub environment. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Tim Martin will join for a discussion about copy editing and design in a more traditional context.
