Social media platforms are in some ways reporters’ best friends and in other ways their worst enemies. This session will point out tools and tricks for making sure you and your staff are using social media to track down and quash rumors, not spread them. We’ll cover the digital tools you should know for fact-checking as well as how to incorporate them into your workflow.
